Room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly. The location is about 2 miles away from center of Assisi. Need to buy a couple of €1.3 tickets good for 80 minutes; to go in Assisi and back to hotel daily .

The room was great! It had a clean bathroom, nice bed, and a gorgeous window that overlooks the town. The only downside is that the outside traffic (people and some cars) can be noisy, so I'd advise bringing earplugs.

All the other great reviews are accurate. Great location walking distance to the historic center and with a parking space. Angela was a fantastic host. The air conditioning was really nice in the July heat.
