This property was a little further out but it was very easy to navigate your way into the center of town-we walked to everything from this hotel! The staff were excellent and the hotel breakfast was the best we had in our travels. We traveled by bike and they had hotel storage and early check in. Would definitely stay again!

Biking the Mosel, great hotel

Biking the Mosel. Loved this hotel! and the town. Good bike storage and they even let me wash my bike. It was so muddy. Great breakfast. Thank you Christina!

No one available to check us in.

Very clean. Had AC which was necessary during a very warm period. Easy walk (1.5 km) to center with lots of restaurants. When we arrived at 8pm there was no one at the reception to check us in. The only telephone number on web page or from hotels.com rang in the empty reception. After 2 hrs of a stressful situation, an online chat with hotels.com finally found a second number to call. Then a woman next door came to help. Not a good start for a couple of tired and hungry travelers.

Bekvämt i Bernkastel-Kues

Vi är mycket överraskade över att ett mindre trestjärnigt hotell kan prestera så hög servicenivå och komfort som detta hotell. Rummet var utrustat med jacuzzi, välfungerande luftkonditionering och var stort, rent och bekvämt. Frukosten var god och omfattande, information fanns 24/7 och personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Hit ska ni åka med era cyklar och njuta av omgivningen vid Moseldalen. Bilen parkeras på egen hotellparkering i direkt anslutning till huvudbyggnaden och cyklarna låses in över natten i ett lätt tillgängligt garage.

Bra hotell, ca 2 km till centrum

Bra hotell med bra sängar. Frukost helt ok med allt som behövs. Bra parkering för bilar och cyklar. Ca 2 km till gamla delen (Bernkastel). En bit att gå på kvällen om man inte cyklar. I sin helhet bra hotell, bara man är medveten en bit till centrum.

Halv dårlig beliggenhed, langt fra alting, 20-30 min hver vej til nærmeste restaurent. Der er restaurant på hotellet, men ikke åben :-( Morgenmad ok, men kan først fåes fra kl 08:00 :-( Sengene er meget bløde Alt i alt ikke pengene værd

Erinomainen hotelli ja hyvä ruokaravintola alakerrassa. Keskustaan matkaa pari kilometria. Meillä oli pyörät mukana ja ne olivat tarpeen liikkuville ihmisille. Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht. Es war ok. Die Zimmer sauber und Stilvoll, doch das Doppelbett war kein Doppelbett, sondern 2 zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten. Als ich aufstand , rutschte ich aus und die eine Hälfte des Bettes verrutschte mit. Und für mich leider sehr unbequem. In dem Hotel gibt es keinen Aufzug. Wenn man mit mehr Gepäck anreist ist dies sehr erschwerlich. Im Zimmer gab es nur Getränke gegen teuer Geld. Ich war schon in einfachen Pensionen, dort waren die Zimmer genauso Stilvoll und modern, super Betten und man bekam wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser gratis und wir bezahlten nur den halben Betrag. Das Buffet war gut, aber auch nicht besser als in den von uns bekannten Pensionen. Also kurz gessgt, es war ok, doch das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. 120 euro die Nacht mit Frühstück für 2 Personen ist für dieses 3 Sterne Hotel definitiv zu viel.

Lautstärkebegrenzung am tv war sehr unangenehm. Wir mussten die Stühle ca. 1,5 m an das Gerät rücken. Vom Bett aus konnte man ķaum etwas hören. Das war deutlich weniger als Zimmerlautstärke. Ansonsten alles i.O. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Rauhallisella paikalla, mutta silti vanhan kaupungin/keskustan lähellä. Huone oli siisti ja hiljainen. Aamupala oli erittäin hyvä ja riittoisa. Palvelu on ystävällistä vaikkei kaikki puhunutkaan englantia.
