Discover wonderful hiking trails, scenic e-bike routes, or relaxing walks, such as through the enchanting Zauberwald. In winter, several cross-country ski trails, winter hiking paths, and a ski lift in Bernau await you.



The building offers a barrier-free elevator, parking spaces, a lawn for sunbathing, and a playground. Sauna, garage, EV charging station, washing machine, and dryer are available as additional services for an extra fee.
