Did not like there was no air conditioning and bathroom fixtures were not sturdy. The door was also difficult to open. Also very difficult with no elevator especially if you have suitcases.

A pleasant overnight stay in Bernau bei Berlin
A great little hotel that is perfect for a stop-off if you're travelling through Germany or visiting Bernau bei Berlin. Although the hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s, the rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast buffet is lovely with plenty of options on offer. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there is an Aldi next door, which is very handy if you need to pick up any additional items for your trip. My only criticism would be the pillows, which were far too soft for my liking, but that's just my personal preference.

Comfortable hotel thats good value for money.
The hotel was very convenient and parking and breakfast was free so it was good value for money!

The room is big and the breakfast is good, the lady in the receiption very helful and kind. Although near train station (about 15 minutes walk), but quite far from the city.

Clean and friendly hotel in Bernau
This is not a fancy hotel, but Bernau isn't a fancy town, and unless you have specific business there, probably not much of a reason for a tourist to be there anyway. That said, I do have to go there every few months, and this is always a very clean and comfortable hotel, and the staff is always very friendly. An adequate breakfast and hi-speed internet are included in the rate. The location is a bit remote, 1 km or so from the center of town where there are a couple decent restaurants.

Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel schon okay, aber eine störungsfreie Nachtruhe kann man vergessen. Schlafen bei offenen Fenster nur mit Ohrenstöpsel. Ein neu aufgestellter Kühlschrank im Eingangsbereich macht so laute Geräusche, dass sich dieses in die Zimmer überträgt. Fürchterlich. Sollte unbedingt abgeschafft werden.

Wir sind erst gegen 21 Uhr angereist. Ging alles problemlos. Parkplatz vorhanden. Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut ....Aldi ist hinter dem Hotel. Gute Möglichkeit noch Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen. Wir kommen wieder und können es empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist vom Standard her ok. Es ist alles praktisch eingerichtet. Zum schlafen ok. Die Matratzen sind sehr sehr weich. Das Frühstück ist ok, sehr einfach. Aber man wird satt. Kaffee hat gut geschmeckt. An der Rezeption ging es mir zu schnell. Innerhalb von drei Minuten war alles erledigt. Kein kurzes Gespräch mit dem Gast. Das könnte man vielleicht ändern. Dem Gast vielleicht das Gefühl geben, dass er sehr gerne willkommen ist, fragen ob seine Anreise gut war usw. Zum Zentrum mit dem Bus ca 10 Minuten. Busse fahren ab einer bestimmten Zeit nicht mehr. Aber man hat in ca 13 Minuten Fußweg die Möglichkeit mit der S Bahn zu fahren.

Prima hotel om Berlijn te bezoeken als je geen honderden euro's kwijt wilt zijn aan overnachtingen.11 Minuten lopen naar S-Bahn Bernau Friedenstal. Prima ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. (Aldi om de hoek)
