The space
The apartment is located in a solid wood house newly built in 2024. Here you can expect brand new, high-quality furnishings and a fresh, modern design.
The location is perfect for relaxing days at Lake Chiemsee and excursions into the Bavarian mountains on foot or by bike. At the same time, you are in the middle of the village, where you can easily reach everything.
There is a parking space directly in front of the house, and a barrier-free entrance and lift lead you comfortably to the apartment on the 1st floor.
You can start your day with a delicious coffee on the spacious balcony and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment.
To ensure that your sleep is first-class, cosy box-spring double beds with hotel-level bedding await you in the bedroom. Furthermore, a high-quality version with extra sleeping function was chosen for the sofa bed.
In addition, the apartment has a dining area for 6 people.
Afterwards, relax in the cosy ambience, which is equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV including NETFLIX and Internet TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favourite shows and films in the best picture quality.
On the large balcony you will find more seating, deck chairs to relax and a Weber grill for cosy evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook deliciously.
The bathroom offers both a shower and a comfortable bathtub. Here you can relax after an eventful day. In addition, there is a guest toilet in the apartment.
For your comfort, we provide fresh towels as well as all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. In the bathroom you will also find a washer-dryer, so you can do your laundry comfortably on site.
