At the same time, you’re right in the heart of town, where everything is within easy reach. A private parking space is available exclusively for you right in front of the house. You’ll also find a wallbox there where you can conveniently charge your electric car using your own charging card. A lockable garage is available for your bicycles. You can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee on the balcony—complete with a mountain view—and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer. To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the bedroom features a cosy box-spring double bed with hotel-quality bedding. Furthermore, a high-quality sofa bed with an extra sleeping function was selected. Another highlight is the air conditioning, which ensures a comfortable indoor climate even on warm days.In addition, the apartment offers a spacious dining area for up to four people—perfect for shared meals and social evenings. Relax in the living room with its cosy atmosphere, which is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV including Netflix and Internet TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favourite shows and films in the best picture quality. A high-quality Weber grill awaits you on the balcony—perfect for relaxing evenings under the open sky. In addition, our garden, complete with sun loungers and additional seating, invites you to linger and is open to you at any time.The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and everything else you need to prepare delicious meals. After an eventful day, enjoy pure refreshment in the high-quality walk-in shower of our stylish bathroom.For your comfort, we provide fresh towels as well as all the essentials, such as shower gel and shampoo. In the basement, you’ll also find a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer—perfect for conveniently doing your laundry on-site.
