Great property and amazing location. Staff is great and understanding. For future travelers please remember the following, 1) Carry your own Soap else you have to buy it from the hotel. 2) Please remember to drop towels amd bed linen at checkout.

We stayed in a double room on the corner. The view was breathe-taking. The staff was friendly. What would be nice to have a soap in the room. Other than that everything was perfect!

The staff was friendly and the room had the essentials. I do believe that the main problem was with my roommates but it was not a huge deal breaker. I would prefer a better way to get through the shower and bathroom

We were very pleased with the stay our young ones had at the youth hostel. They stayed in a 2-bunk room with private bathroom. It had a small table with 2 stools, and separate shower and toilet rooms. The handbasin was in a separate space as well. They had a few problems with everything getting wet in the shower room but other than that everything was fine. They said that the breakfast was excellent with lots of healthy choices. They could walk to everything.

Great stay !
Very modern hostel! Lockers to store your luggage, plugs to charge your phone near every bed. Located close to the main train station (it’s down a hill, but once you get to the hostel you get a free bus pass and you can take the funicular back up). Breakfast was ok, but not extraordinary. Only thing is that we don’t get a good connection in the rooms (well not in mine), and having 8 people in the same room can make it hard to sleep. I was glad I brought earplugs !

Great place to stay in Bern!
Very attractive, new, clean hostel in an excellent location. Walking distance from train station, old town, and the best place to swim in the Aare. Spacious room. Shared bathrooms. Note: room does not come with towels or soap.

The facilities were nice and clean, however I was very disappointed that even though I booked to stay in the women's dorm, the reception allowed a random man to stay in the dorm. When I spoke to reception about him, they did nothing, even though there was no man's name listed on the reservation. It was weird and uncomfortable and I definitely wouldn't recommend. They shouldn't allow you to book to stay in a women's dorm if it's going to end up being co-ed. If I knew that was going to be the case, I would have paid extra to get a private room somewhere for my own comfort.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Room hot. Only had a patio door. Patio was shared with 2 other rooms, so didn’t feel comfortable leaving doors open while we slept. Great location! Nice people.
