"Breakfast is too early 6am is 7.30am, the room also had a smell to it, also I had a problem and got stuck out of my room, which was dealt in a surreal way. I stay in hundreds of hotels per year and this was definitely one of my worst experiences."

"We booked this room to escape the New Years Eve fireworks with our dogs - and it was perfect! The hotel was completely soundproof, and very easy to get to from the highway, with lots of parking. The room was very comfortable, and not cramped at all. The mattress was one of the best hotel mattresses we have slept on, with comfortable pillows as well (and extra pillow options at the front desk too!). "Le soucis n’est pas la chambre, c’est la publicité mensongère. Je venais pour mon anniversaire de mariage en pensant profiter du spa, sauf que le spa n’est pas du coup inclus dans le tarif de la chambre (sur votre site ce n’est écrit nul part!) on demande comment faire pour y aller quand même et là on nous dit que tout est déjà réservé. Personne ne nous a prévenu. Il y a une piscine extérieur couverte, on demande donc si on peut y aller, on nous dit que non car elle n’est pas chauffée… payer...
