"It was functional as a place to sleep but not as a place to stay. We both noted the funky smell coming from the bathroom as soon as we walked in. The shower was essentially unusable due to almost no pressure, lack of constant temperature, and INSANE leakage to the rest of the bathroom. The toilet was terrible. It never once flushed completely. "This place is wonderful. We stayed for a month and wouldve moved in full time if we could. About a 10 minute walk from the s bahn and 8 from the u bahn, getting around is SUPER convenient. There is elevator and stairs to the apartment. The terrace is lovely. Perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or eating dinner while reflecting on the day. "Nina’s place has markets, restaurants and subway stop all within 2 blocks. And everything inside was just what we needed, including fans to cool us down since part of our time was during some hot weather (and AC is not common in Europe). The condo is well furnished. "War wohl mal ein Laden, es ist alles sauber, die Betten angenehm. Unterhält sich jemand auf der Straße bekommt man alles mit. Nebenan ist ein Späti, offen bis Nachts 1:00 Uhr, wird schon mal lauter. Waren zum arbeiten in Berlin und nur Nachts in der Wohnung. Würde ich wieder buchen? Denke ja. "

Einziger Wermutstropfen: für 10 Personen ist sie doch etwas eng für den stolzen Preis, die sie kostet. Aber man ist ja auch viel unterwegs.
