"When I arrived, the place felt a little seedy. The person in the room next to mine would come out and watch me when I came in and out of my room. When I was leaving in the morning at 7am, he came out with a beer in hand watching me. While I was laying in bed around 9pm, the front desk called me to ask if I was banging in my room. I said no and he asked if I heard any noise and which room it was coming from. It was noisy all around, really. It seemed like the walls were pretty thin, I could hear people talking and yelling most of the time. When I was in and out in the morning to pack up, my key card stopped working and I had to run down to the front desk to fix it. I was a little concerned as to why my card just stopped working and that I just had to tell him my room number. What if someone else walked in with a key and asked to activate it to my room"

"The location is perfect. We were in Albany for a concert at the Palace Theatre. The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and to the theatre. We didn't need our car at all during our staff. The staff was very courteous and professional. We'll definitely stay there again next time we travel to Albany. "
