"The staff was amazing super helpful. Breakfast was a surprise, biscuits and gravy, bagels, french toast and even bacon and fresh fruit. The shuttle call, when I got off the plane, the girl was a bit rude and told me to call back when I got outside, which I walked the 3 minutes to the outside and called back and she said he is on his way and hung up. I then waited for over 35 minutes for the shuttle to get there. BUT THE REST OF THE GROUP WAS STELLER!"

"Everything about this facility was amazing. From the time I arrived which was early the friendly and professional staff was so awesome and accommodating. The whole facility was clean every area that I went to was clean. Casino was fun and all the restaurants that i ate at were delicious with great staff. "Wonderful staff. Originally a 2 night stay, we encountered some car trouble on our way in and couldn’t check in on time. They held the room and reservation for us without any trouble. Great views and floor to ceiling windows. Smaller on the bedroom and bathroom side of things in our case, but both were updated to feel otherwise."

"Great location, clean hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Bed was great, bathroom was a good size. No shower cap with the toiletries, if that's important to you. Parking was a bit pricey at $55 US/night for valet. The nearest self park is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. After checking parking reviews in the area, went with the valet option since I was only there one night. There are also some good food options within walking distance."

"We forget to Ask for room service, so room is not made up daily. We asked for handicap room and none were available. Plus we asked for a room with a walk in shower and the room only had a tub. The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. But they ended up having to give us additional add on's to make the room suitable for my husband to be able to get around. "
