The Space:
Our family-friendly cabin is the perfect getaway for a family reunion, group retreat or friends weekend. Beyond the cabin itself, you’ll have access to some of the amenities in the Coolfont cabin community, including: Tennis, Basketball, Tot Lot, Private Hiking Trails that head right into the mountains of the Cacapon State Park.

The cabin includes:
- Your own private outdoor hot tub!
- 5 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed
Bedrooms 2-5 - Twin over Queen Bunk Beds (each bunk sleeps 3)
- 5 full bathrooms
4 private en-suite full baths
1 semi-private en-suite full bath with a steam shower (a lot like a sauna!)
- A huge deck surrounded by trees, with a propane grill
- Screened in porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or hanging with the little ones
- Large, fully-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, & microwave
- Central AC and heat
- Washer and dryer
- Fast WiFi that's good enough to stream movies and hold video calls
- Wood-burning fireplace to keep you cozy at night

Beyond the cabin itself, you’ll have access to all the amenities in the Coolfont cabin community, including:

- Private hiking trails that head right into the mountains of the Cacapon State Park

We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).

Note: Woodland Escape has 5 bedrooms (with 9 beds) and will easily sleep 13 people. If you have a larger group including young children, please message us and we can likely accommodate you at this property, or another one nearby.

And we love how close to everything we are -- particularly all the restaurants and shops in Berkeley Springs. You’re less than a 10 minute drive from downtown -- with Berkeley Springs Brewing Company less than 5 minutes away!
