The Space:

Snow‑kissed pines sway as you step onto the wrap‑around deck, the scent of fresh timber mingling with the faint hint of pine resin. A gentle plume of steam rises from the hot tub, inviting you to unwind while the mountains keep their quiet watch. Inside, large windows flood the chalet‑style loft with natural light, framing the cozy living space where a board game can linger into the evening. Here, the rhythm of the woods encourages you to settle in, share stories, and let the day melt away.



Sleeping arrangements

The cabin sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Bedroom 1 holds a king bed, Bedroom 2 a queen bed, Bedroom 3 a double bed, and the basement bedroom offers two twin beds. A comfortable sleeper sofa adds the final two sleeping spots. Fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided.



Kitchen & indoor amenities

A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining table for family meals. The living area features a TV with Roku, a DVD player, a pool table, board games, books and a selection of toys. Fast Frontier Fiber WiFi and a dedicated workspace support streaming, video calls and remote work. Bathroom essentials, an in‑unit washer and dryer, and a decorative indoor fireplace (non‑functional) complete the indoor comforts.



Family‑friendly features

Traveling with little ones is easy thanks to a pack ’n play, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, safety gates and children’s books, toys and dinnerware. The cabin is pet‑friendly for dogs, but cats are not allowed due to allergies.



Outdoor spaces

Step onto the deck to soak in the hot tub year‑round, fire up the BBQ grill, or gather around the fire pit as dusk settles. The surrounding woods provide a natural backdrop for quiet evenings and daytime exploration.



Location & surroundings

Tucked beside Cacapon Resort State Park, the cabin offers quick access to hiking trails, horseback riding, golf and more. Berkeley Springs is a 15‑minute drive, presenting restaurants, shops, festivals and a nearby brewery for a taste of local flavor.
