"The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you have an oversized vehicle such as a camper or van parking may be a little tight or you may need to park on the street. The rooms in the hotel are a little small but they are quiet. There are not refrigerators in the hotel rooms, but if you want a slightly bigger room and refrigerator book a stay in the motor in part of the hotel. The rooms in this historic hotel are very charming, the mattresses are 10/10 comfortable, the showers have great water pressure and if you are looking for a great night sleep, this is the place!"

"We’ve stayed at other hotels in Butte throughout the years. This one is the nicest hotel in Butte. Very clean and excellent staff. The breakfast bar is very good with a large selection, and the coffee machine grinds your beans for every cup! It’s wonderful coffee!"

"I was surprised to discover that this was a contactless inn, with no office for check-in, only a text message, but it worked. The outside of the place is unimpressive but the interior was great. There is a spacious living room with an ugly but comfortable couch of sorts and no TV, with an attached full bath. Then what I would call an office, with a full desk and chair (and microwave). If you need to do work this is a great asset. Then there is a bedroom and attached bathroom with shower. There is a heater and thermostat in the bedroom and in the living room. This place would be ideal for a long stay but I was only there for an overnight. My only complaint would be that the bed is higher than I'd like. It is also soft but nonetheless comfortable. The motel is located in an industrial area; looking out the back window is a parking lot for city work vehicles."
