"Very good hotel with excellent entertainment disappointing though when the football was no they canceled the kids club which started late think they could have had the football inside TV and so the kids could play outside and have their club which started late"

"The location was great. However, the management need to work on dining options for kids such as tacos, cheeseburgers etc. Serving just pizza is not enough. The bathrooms in the snack restaurant were disgusting. I don't think this hotel deserve a 5 star. As result. I will not be going back or recommending ..."
