Stay as you would in the middle of the heart of Småland but at the same time only 3 km from the sea. This fantastic home which consists of a large house and a guest cottage boasts its own small lake which not only provides a fantastic beautiful view but can also offer a boat trip or a swim, and why not use the sauna that is in the guest house before? At the lake there is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and smoke. The cottage is located on the coast between Kalmar and Karlskrona, almost exactly in the middle with about 45 km to both. There are restaurants, shopping and much more for those who want. The owner himself recommends the bathing place we Skeppevik's campsite for anyone who wants to take a dip in the sea. About 4 km away is the nice bay which offers both baths but also a small convenience store and restaurant. The house is perfect for several parties or perhaps the large family. The large house has a large open kitchen with dining area, which leads into a large living room. From the living room you go directly out onto the cozy balcony. There are 3 bedrooms in the large house, one with a double bed, and two with 2 single beds. One is on floor 2 up for a slightly steeper staircase. In addition to the sauna, the guest house has a large bathroom, a small kitchen and a bed that can be used as a single or double bed (160cm). The houseowner uses the farmhouses next door and will be happy to help if you have any questions.
