I wasn’t happy to have to pay for parking at this hotel. The Expedia add said there was a shuttle which was incorrect. The rooms were fine, beds very comfortable. Front desk staff was excellent and so was the breakfast they offered

The property location is close to airport and very convenient if you have a rental car or are okay walking 5-7min to public transportation. The hotel is close to Grieg’s house and Laguna Mall. The kids missed breakfast due to time zone and Anika went above and beyond to fix a travel box for the kids. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful of families. Thank you!

Great hotel, excellent breakfast. Only complaint is that the elevators are old, not syncronized and the display inside did not show the correct floor location. A nightlight in the in the bathroom would be nice.

Great stay!

Good location for the airport if you have a car. A bit of a travel to get into the city. Parking costs about 115 NOK per day. Liked that early bird breakfast (meaning cold bufeet) was available from 5 in the morning and full breakfast buffet available from 6. Spacious top floor gym with gorgeous views. The gym is so spacious there could have been room for one more bench, or two.

We were not given the large room we had deliberately booked, so 2 stars down just for that. The hotel is designed for conferences and large corporate events. During our stay it was virtually empty. In the lobby there are plenty of large, modern and uncomfortable chairs and sofas. I did not find somewhere relaxing to sit, certainly not in the room either. Breakfast was good and staff always had a smile.

We stayed at the hotel as we were in Norway to watch the St Mirren v SK Braan football match. After a 10 minute tram journey directly from the airport it is a 15 minute walk from the tram station to the hotel. If you are heading into Bergen it is a 40 minute journey into the city centre. The staff were really helpful and the hotel is really nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel, but if im being honest i would've prefered to be in the city centre. But i cannot fault the hotel. STID!
