There was no parking not a very safe area for me very old rickety. I wouldn’t even go up to see the room. We did not stay there at all. I sent an email to Expedia. I’m hoping to get some money back.

Quite dirty with lots of hair in the corners. The kitchen is not stocked well, not even two forks. Comfortable beds and great location.

Location is good, just 6-7 minutes away from train station, 6 minutes from Floyen Station and port. Only bad thing about it, was no bin in bedroom or living room and 3:00 pm check in time.

Given local prices this was good value. Bathroon was showing its age but clean usable. Small kitchenett in the room. Only problem was finding it as there are three hotels on the same street.

The room absolutely reeked of mould. It was like a slap in the face the second you open the door. Smelled so bad I gagged every time i had to open the bathroom door or get close to the kitchen. Had to keep our window wide open the entire time it smelt so bad

Great room and value for money, BUT NO RECEPTION! It is all self-service check-in, with codes. Not good for a woman on her own. What if you had a problem with someone? In fact, for both men or women, not having a person at Reception is disconcerting. - what if you lost your key, could not use the oven, or shower, had any questions? Please go back to traditional receptions and give guests a welcoming face on arrival. And someone to provide assistance on-the-spot when necessary.

Stay here only if you really have to..

Upon arrival we had to figure out were the entrance was located, it's on a side street not like advertised or mentioned anywhere. After entering our room on the 3rd floor absolute disbelief set in. We did not have a functional bathroom light and used our phones for light during our 3 day stay. Only 10% remaining on the toilet paper roll with no spares. The kitchen was so poorly equipped you would not be able to prepare any meal. No toaster, coffee maker or any useful kitchen utensils. The only thing provided was a electric kettle, fridge a pot and a frying pan. No dish cloth or towels to clean dishes. Minimal watered down dish detergent. 7 out of 9 apartments had no windows, just a skylight. Overall it was a great disappointment. Emailed several times to report some of our issues and none of them where answered. Stay away.

Easy, convenient stay here! I wish it was indicated that there are 3 locations to this company prior to me being there. Rooms were plenty of space and i appreciated that it had a full kitchen and bathroom, however there was only one window on the roof and I could not open it due to the rain. The room was really stuffy and a bit smelly because there was no circulation. Walls were very thin so I could hear the people across from me as if they were in my room. Also my door never locked, luckily its in a safe area but it could have been a problem. You get what you pay for, its definitely a good budget place for travelers coming to Bergen.

Keine Kontaktmöglichkeit oder Notfallnummer, ausser Zahlenübermittlung keine Kommunikation, Adresse also Gebäude findet man nicht, da der Eingang über Seitenstraße erreicht wird (im Lokal nachgefragt nach 30 min suchen) Dusche mit defekter Glasabtrennung, Müll vor dem Eingang. Lage top, das war das einzig positive. Betten sauber.

I was discussed by the entrance, 2 big trash cans nd looked like puke for the whole stay nothing changed. From entrance the stairway up to the room smells like asian food that had been forogtten for 2 days next to us. The only soap we had was have water have liquit.

La situation géographique était parfaite. La propreté, plus ou moins bien... La température extérieure a été très chaude pendant notre séjour. La chambre était en mezzanine. Il n'y avait pas de ventilateur ni de climatisation. La fenêtre sur le toit n'avait pas de rideau alors c'était un four jusque tard le soir...
