• When booking this listing, you are reserving an apartment type. We have four identical apartments with mirrored layouts.

• There is no washing machine in the building, but a nearby laundromat (Clean Kokos) is within 5 min walking.

• There is no lift in the building, and the apartment is reached via two flights of stairs.

• The apartment is 35 sqm and efficiently designed. We recommend a maximum of 6 adult guests.



Important: After booking, you will receive access to our Guest Portal, where you’ll find check-in instructions, access details, the house manual, and other important information. Completion of the Guest Portal is required before check-in, including agreeing to house rules, submitting a valid ID for verification, and authorising a security deposit.

🛴 ELECTRIC SCOOTER: VOI and Ryde available outside the building and everywhere in the city.

🚋 LIGHT RAIL (Bybanen): From Byparken stop – 6 min walk (takes you to the Airport in 45 min)

🚶 WALK: Everything in Bergen city centre within 5–10 minutes
