"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff and management did everything they could to welcome us and ensure we had a nice time. Great location for skiing and the shops and bars."

"We have not been to many hotels around the world where the staff are as good as the place we are visiting. Hinterwies is the exception. The food was incredible, the staff feel like family and we were truly sad to leave. "

"Wonderful Hotel in a wonderful town and area"

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
