THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE VERY WELL DISPOSED. THEY ARE SO KIND, MOSTLY THE GIRL IN THE AFTERNOON, AND THE GUY AT THE CHECK OUT SOLVED OUR TRANSFER ISSUE, THEY ARE VERY GOOD ! THERE IS A SUPERMARKET ONE BLOCK AWAY SO IT IS VERY WELL LOCATED.

Me ne avevano parlato bene, ma devo dire che mi sono ricreduto. La ragazza alla reception era carina e disponibile. Ma il ragazzo della sera oltre ad essere abbastanza maleducato non rispettava nemmeno le norme di sicurezza per il COVID-19, non indossava la mascherina di protezione. La camera invece era più piccola del previsto, abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale e ci è stata data una singola con un letto da una piazza e mezzo. La stanza era malandata e molte cose erano rotte. C'era il pavimento vistosamente danneggiato, il tubo che collegava il doccino era marcio, la vaschetta contenitrice dell'acqua del wc era rotta anch'essa e continuava a scorrere con un fastidioso rumore di acqua scrosciante. Il condizionatore non rispondeva ai più semplici comanndi.All'infuori del prezzo pagato (eccessivo per una camera così piccola), la stanza era molto deludente per qualità ed utilità. Ripeto l'unica cosa positiva è stata la ragazza alla reception che è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

qualche peccato veniale...quando tutto si risolve

La colazione non è sempre fruibile al meglio a causa del mancato rifornimento dei prodotti necessari. Il servizio di pulizia, nel mio caso, ha provveduto a cestinare anche un sacchetto con i miei panni sporchi, in compenso la reception si sono utilmente adoperati per recuperare "quanto aveva preso la cattiva strada"
