el hotel está muy bien ubicado, es limpio y muy tranquilo. la señora que está en la recepción es muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarte, el desayuno es variado y al lado encuentras un restaurante que la comida es deliciosa

Lo más destacable fue la tecnología de la ducha que hasta tenía música incorporada (aunque funcionaba mal esa música) y la amabilidad del staff mismo en casos dónde no hablaban mucho inglés y no fuese tan fluida la comunicación.

Pictures look very modern but it’s an old building with what seems to be tacky and gimmicky cosmetic renovations. Breakfast was not nice not r was there a variety. Beds comfy. Staff very helpful.

Good location, decent breakfast
Very well located right across the museum and close to the bus and dolmus station. Modern looking room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. The shower was a bit broken. The staff needs to pay more attention to covid. Wearing a mask only to remove it to sneeze makes no sense. There needs to be more information about the local touristic attractions. Not knowing the schedules for the Pergamon site is not acceptable. Probably your best value for money in Bergama but with plenty of room for improvement.

Very good Location im city Center, close to restautants and shops. Room a little small but comfortable with all amenities. Very pleasant English speaking personal. Breakfast was delicious! Got even help with parking car in front of the hotel.

Lean and comfortable
It’s not luxurious, but it is a decent midrange choice in the centre of town. Our rooms were on the 4th floor (there is an elevator) and were generally quiet. They were reasonably comfortable and fairly spacious. The shower was a capsule type so there was a big step down to the bathroom floor. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and breakfast was generous without reaching any great heights. The wifi signal was constant, but weak, even though the modem was right outside the room. I would stay there again

Lovely hotel close enough to sights.
The staff were very nice. Would have been nice if more of them spoke English. Hotel clean and comfortable. Not sure about the lighting in the bathroom and the jet shower. While Aylin was lovely and provided a hand drawn map, it would have been better to have a map of the town and more information about the tourist centre.

Great proximity to ancient sites; modern and clean
This is a fine boutique-style hotel, recently updated and scrupulously clean. It is on the main Street of Bergama, close to many restaurants and the local bazaar. The main site of ancient Pergamum is about two kilometers away and there is a cable car which saves the climb. Parking is on the street only -- the hotel does not have parking spaces -- so it could be difficult in the high season. Breakfast is included and can be described as "Turkish-continental" with a nice selection of bread, cheeses, cold meats, boiled eggs, and the usual olives, tomatoes, etc...Basic but good quality. The staff are friendly and attentive and we were able to communicate adequately with one of them; it would help if the overall language capability of the staff was broadened. The hotel lacks niceties like a pool, but this is in keeping with the boutique format and most guests would be staying only one night anyways. In summary we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is nice at great location. Upon my arrival at the hotel I booked one additional day, receptionist said "No problem". The evening before my last night at the hotel I asked about the additional night, the receptionist told me there was change (the group of americans came for one night) and I have to move to different hotel. Reason was that the receptionist was there for the first time and did mistake. After exchange the opinions with the arrogant manager and my following changing the plans, manager let me stay one more night. When I was checking out, manager write the bill (number of TL) on the piece of paper, when I check the number he add one more day. This behavior seriously spoiled my quite pleasant stay in the hotel.

The place has some basic repair needs. The veneers were peeling. The toilet seat was lose. The elevator button on our floor was broken. It could be beautiful, but even the top floor room with stunning views is not used for anything more than hanging laundry. If they fix it up, it would be amazing.

La camera era sporca, in bagno c’era solo un asciugamano da doccia per due persone e uno per le mani. Nessun kit dì cortesia per il bagno, una semplice boccetta mignon da usare per mani e doccia. ( il dispenser per lavarsi le mani era vuoto). La camera sembra rimasta ferma a diversi anni fa.. Colazione sufficiente, personale gentile.

The hotel is located at the point that very close to the center. However, the room equipments are needed to be refreshed especially bath.The sheets were dirty and we had to requested to be changed. The room was smell cigarette smoke.

Otel personeli gayet kibar ve yardımsever...lokasyon güzel müze karşısı..çarşıya yakın..sadece duş teknesi tıkanması ve su/ şebeke problemliydi. Vücudunuza sürdüğünüz sabun çıkmıyor...bunun otel değil şehir su şebekesiyle ( kuyu suyu olabilir) alakası olduğunu düşünüyorum.odalar temiz ve herşey gerektiği gibiydi..

Bu cihaz suyun sertliğini yumuşattığı için böyle hissediyorsunuz. Sizin vesilenizle söylemek isterim ki otelimizde çeşmeden akan suyu çok rahat içebilirsiniz.
