Self check in was easy - staff great. Would highly recommend

Great location, near restaurants, shopping district, city square and market. Nice room

Room perfect, cleaning everyday on request.

Nice hotel, well appointed- top staff - well located to main railway station

Enjoyed stay, clean and well sized rooms.very well designed bath and shower.Reception was excellent.

Walking distance to market and restaurants was close. Only issue we had was airconditioning is unable to be set below 20 degrees so was quite stuffy in room. Could ask for key to open window however key was missing when we asked so unfortunately had an uncomfortable night sleep. Otherwise bathroom facilities were excellent and room serviced daily.

Excellent location 4mins walk to everything worth seeing plus supermarkets etc. Reception staff excellent. Downside no lift just steep stairs. Never mind. Ask for room 814 (first floor figure that one out!) because you get a 25 sqm open balcony where we consumed far too much wine!!

All staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Accomodation was more than adequite for my needs. I will definately return.

Really enjoyed staying here, nice room, sizeable, comfortable bed, helpful staff, shuttle to town available also bikes and vespas for hire. Tried three out of four eating places, food in both excellent. Bistro staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds were outstanding, well laid out and kept. Interesting sculptures, beautiful orchard, lovely rose gardens, great to sit in and enjoy the surroundings.

very convenient for MECC , easy walk to Maastricht and bus right outside the door if you want. also train about 200m that is on mainline. Hotel good quality and good rooms , nice spa and breakfast. staff very friendly and seems to be fluent in Eng French, Dutch, German, Flemish etc. recommend for MECC events

Outstanding hotel. We booked the junior suite which was pretty much a studio apartment with a view of vrijthof square. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and staff were extremely helpful and friendly too. Location was great abd we could easily walk everywhere in maastricht.

Very friendly and helpful staff, happy to accommodate. Lovely room and comfortable bed.
