"Fabulous hot breakfast and so many options!! Thats why i picked this one!!!!! Eat the cinnamon roll things omgosh!!!! Big nice rooms!! Comfy bed. Good ice machines. Good parking area. Easy access for sports events. Really liked the area didnt worry about safety. Lots of people were there but it wasnt noisy. Will stay here again!! "

"I declined housekeeping when I checked in, and for the first three days my room was not serviced. On day three, however, staff entered and cleaned my room without my request. That morning, I had removed my wedding ring after a shower and accidentally left it behind. When I returned later that day, the ring was missing. I immediately reported the issue and was told it would be investigated and that a manager would follow up. The next day, I was informed that no one had seen the ring and there was no record of my request to opt out of room service. Instead of resolving the situation, I was offered 10,000 points, which did not address the loss. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not stay here again. "
