"Parking and proximitiy to University of South Dakota is incredible. Outside appearance is average, but interior is recently remodled and very clean. Was quiet and peacefull. very little traffic or noise after 9pm. Basic Motel with few aminities, but very clean and priced perfectly for its offerings. Would easily stay again if visiting USD and didnt' plan to spend much time in the room."

"Room was spacious, bright, and clean. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to shopping, eating, and the Denny. One of the best places we have ever stayed. "

"The room location was great, the room seemed clean , the sheets were questionable but the staff did replace with clean ones upon request, breakfast was minimal but okay. Cleaning staffed checked daily if we needed anything. We don't use the pool so the price we paid was good for what we needed, warm & comfortable."
