Great place, modern and special

My wife loved the pool. The dinner and breakfast were magnificent and in a beautiful dining room. The staff were particularly accommodating.

Breakfast was excellent and well organised.

Lovely hotel, great location and half board food was excellent.

My husband and I were made to feel very welcome and at home at this hotel and no request was too much trouble ie laundry (at late notice), postcard posting, advice on local attractions and directions. The hotel focuses on a quiet, relaxed atmosphere providing excellent faculties. The view of the Alps from the main balcony was stunning which we enjoyed early evening after a delicious dinner. The air is clean and crisp and cows could be heard wearing their bells. It really is "picture postcard"...

Lovely big room with comfortable bed and sofa, and very clean. Lovely bathroom - only negative was tap design / hand basin design meant water splashed everywhere even on very low pressure. The owners were delightful and extremely helpful. Would recommend.

I stayed as a solo in the Business single room - comfortable double bed, Nespresso machine, heated towel rail and complimentary mini bar. The staff are incredible and make you feel so welcome and comfortable in this beautifully restored heritage building. The location is unbeatable - walkable to everywhere in the old town - thank you for such a memorable stay

Beautiful hotel, full of charm. Great location for the old town area of Salzburg. They organise tours if needed- would recommend the sound of music one. Very comfy, excellent service. A nice gift awaits you in your room.

Clean, close to station. Book in time of 4pm is too late. Was given incorrect or misleading info re early check-in. Not enough plain black teabags & no stirrer/teaspoon. No milk pods, only 2 milk powder. C Would have liked a hand grip to get in/out of shower/bathtub.

Couldn’t ask for a more peaceful, comfortable or hospitable place to stay overnight.
