素泊まりでファミリールームを利用しましたが、ホテル全体がとても綺麗でした。館内の床が畳になっていてとても良かったです。 温泉は大浴場だけじゃなく貸切風呂も無料で気軽に利用できて素晴らしかったです。 ただ、子ども用の館内着が大しかなく、６歳くらいの子は良いと思いますが、８歳の我が子は着れるサイズのものがなく、そこが一点だけ残念でした。

地點很近別府JR車駅，JR車駅內有便利店和超市，車駅外的巴士站有巴士去由布院、地獄遊等等景點，酒店新及整潔，員工有禮，酒店內有八湯浸溫泉，其中七湯是獨立的，不用和其它旅客一起共用，但在旁晚開始人多，便要排隊等，酒店的早餐一定要試，很好味，有魚生和三文魚子，可自制魚生丼，很滿意住宿此酒店。

全国各地のドーミーインを利用させてもらっていますが、施設的には過去イチではないか？と思います。7つある貸切風呂は空き状況がリアルタイムで見れるので3種類の湯を堪能でき大満足！ただ、お隣の国の春節と時期が重なってしまったからか？入浴のマナーをご存知ない方が見受けられ不快な思いをする場面も…。 客室のお手洗いの汚物入れが片付いていなかった点も残念でした。 「満室のため朝食会場の混雑が予想される」との案内でしたので朝飯は付けなかったのですが、ホテル周辺に7時から営業している飲食店は少なく、駅前のパン屋さん、コンビニ、ファミレスくらいでしょうか？ちなみに、その時間帯の朝食会場はガラガラでした。

施設は綺麗で清潔感があり、食事もとても良かったです。 ただ、残念だったのが、韓国人女性客らが多く、大浴場の浴室内に携帯を持ち込み、露天風呂などを撮影していたり、湯船ではしゃぐなどして周りの客が迷惑していたことでした。 それ以外は非常に満足させていただきました。

아주 깨끗하고 예쁜 숙소
새로 오픈한 지 얼마 되지 않아 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 직원들도 아주 친절한 숙소입니다. 벳푸역에서 도보 1분으로 매우 가깝고, 건물의 외관부터 아주 아름답습니다. 내부는 1층 로비부터 모든 인원들이 신발을 벗고 이용하도록 되어 있어 아주 청결합니다. 내부에 흡연실도 갖추고 있고, 옥상 온천은 수질도 좋고 구비하고 있는 제품들이 질이 좋으며 바깥 경치도 좋습니다. 조식의 구성도 훌륭하고 맛이 좋은 편이고 오후 10시에 제공하는 무료 라면도 아주 맛이 좋습니다. 숙소에서만 지내도 좋을 정도로 훌륭한 경험이었습니다.

완전 대박 숙소였습니다 jr패스로 열차를 이용했기 때문에 역앞 호텔을 이용했는데 역에서 1분도 안되는 거리에 있고 일본 정통료칸을 현대식으로 해석한 느낌 일단 신발 벗고 다니는데 맨발에 닿는 다다미 느낌이 너무 좋았고요 대욕장시설도 뭐 하나 나무랄게 없을 정도로 최고였습니다 단 하나 단점이 있다면 이박 머물렀는데 둘쨋날 청소 후 물도 리필하지 않았고 타월도 두지 않았고 청소도 안해뒀고 이불만 정리했었습니다 카운터에 몇번을 내려가서 물 받고 또 좀있다 타월받으러가고~~ 그 부분만 빠면 최고 개인 전용탕도 6개 정도 있고 목욕 후 아이스크림 서비스 또 시간대 따라 요구르트 서비스 서비스는 많으면 많을수록 좋으니까요

個室の温泉、朝食の海鮮、別府駅前の立地、最高です。ただ一点、改善の余地あるのはチェックイン時の対応です。予約時にお支払いしていないことを確認してもらっていたら先輩スタッフが近づいてきて、「何？払わないって言ってるの？」とこちらに聞こえる声で会話されていて不快でした。後でチェックインのスタッフの方とお会いした際に先ほどはご迷惑おかけしてすいませんでしたとお詫びしましたところ、とても恐縮されていました。サービス最高だったのであの怖い先輩スタッフだけが唯一の玉に瑕でした。再訪できたらと思いますので今後の改善を期待してコメントします。

酒店非常舒適，位置很方便，離車站很近，周邊有很多食肆。酒店清潔度良好，台前非常有善及幫助，大堂有水，咖啡和朱古力飲品供賓客享用。大浴場和私湯都非常好，大浴場有室內和室外，另有冷泉和三溫暖，浸完早上可免費飲益力多；晚上有雪條，和拉麵，拉麵都很好吃。早晨豐盛和好吃，有機會必定會再入住。

Perfect service from front desk to restaurant staff. Spotless room and plenty of selections on food for breakfast buffet. Literally a minute walk to JR station.flawless.
