    The "ACHT" holiday apartment in House A of the Balmer See Residence includes a private parking space, and bicycles can be securely stored in lockable boxes.

    Reserved parking spaces and beach chairs in Heringsdorf are available for a small fee (subject to availability). Enjoy our approximately 150m² wellness area (included), elevator, reception, sunbathing lawn with bathing jetty, and shuttle service to Bansin/Heringsdorf train station or Usedom Airport. The Balmer See Residence is a beautiful holiday complex situated directly on the Achterwasser lagoon.
