Great for Biking Trip

Super convenient location. Close to the Razorback Greenway Trail / Downtown. Accommodations were great for us and our bikes. Happy to stay here again!

Perfect spot for your Bentonville biking stay

This was our second stay here. The house is in a great location - very close to downtown and Slaughter Pen. It had all the accommodations and the bike wash station and garage space were very handy. Thanks for another great stay!

Great Getaway House

We loved the house! It's perfect for a small family with two bedrooms and sleeping quarters for 4. It has been updated inside and is really nice. It is only a few blocks from the square, so the location is absolutely perfect. We would stay here again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unlike most B&Bs, this one has very nice cutlery plates actual wine glasses mugs cups. It really feels like an actual house, not like somebody’s throwaways. Also thought the house shoes in everyone’s drawer was a nice touch. Great Weekend getaway!

Beautiful house, amazing location! Came for a weekend for my husband to ride the trails and me to relax. Perfect beds, perfect shower and all the extras! It was so great to walk to dinner and then brunch. We will be back!

Exquisitely kept property with all the amenities provided. Wonderful old historical district of Bentonville. Couldn’t have been nicer and quieter. If could give this property higher than a 5+ rating, I certainly would.

Perfect spot close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at the Saint-Germain. This cozy house was kept very clean and was the perfect size for our small family (one kid in tow). We liked how close this property was to all of the destinations we were planning while in Bentonville (and walkable to many). Everything about the house was great: very comfortable beds, spacious living/dining area, everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a great visit to the area (it was our first time in Bentonville to see the art museum)...we plan to come back and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Mountain Bike Getaway

The property is very clean, centrally located to the Bentonville town square and the Slaughter Pen trailheads. We were within blocks of it all. This is a great choice if you just want to park your vehicle and bike or walk. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for town and riding

The house was perfectly located for easy access to downtown Bentonville, and for riding in the Slaughter Pen trails and thus the rest of the trails. It was also great to have a storage space for the bike, so I did not have to worry about it being stolen, or getting the house dirty. AC worked great even though it was 95+ while I was there, and all of the amenities were as promised or better.

We loved the location and layout. Everything was as shown in pics and little details were covered like slippers on each nightstand. We couldn’t be happier! The absolute only thing we missed was having a grill but we were walking distance to so many restaurants and the market. Thank you!

An Amazing Stay at The Saint-Germain

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Saint-Germain while in town for a show at the Mometary. It housed my wife and I plus our couple friends. We were able to walk to the square and even walk home from the show. The space has everything you need for a relaxing weekend and makes a great homebase when exploring Bentonville. Not only was the home cozy and inviting, Brandie was an incredible host who ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Bike fest weekend

Excellent property! Well appointed for bikers. Clean and cozy. Just a couple blocks and short walk to the heart of downtown. Sadly we got stuck in the middle of the tornadoes and lost our electricity. The property manager and owners were very nice and accommodating to us during this unfortunate situation. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Graduation stay

Very well designed and comfortable w all necessary amenities. Great location for a walk to the square, about 7 minutes. We walked to have drinks at night and Prelude for breakfast each morning. Great location and setup for mountain bikers. Would probably return to bike. Love the patios! Only sleeps 4 comfortably. Only down side is the road noise of the intersection at night until midnight.
