It has a perfect Location, in the Downtown Core, accessing vibrant Bentonville and its local sites & activities: Crystal Bridges Museum, nationally top-ranked bike/hike trails, concerts, and amazing restaurants for all tastes and preferences!

My place is located 2 blocks from the Momentary Museum, 4 blocks from the Bentonville Square, and across the Greenway Razorback bike trail.

The Space
This thoughtfully designed space features two comfortable bedrooms with bedding and a designated working space.

it also has modern living and dining areas with comfortable seating.

The place has a fully equipped kitchen with the essentials you need to cook at home. We love hosting guests from all over the world! To help keep the home fresh and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that cooking be kept light. The kitchen isn`t equipped for heavy or aromatic meals, and strong food scents can linger.

We also have a Laundry room for your convenience.

Additionally, we have bike racks outside of the property and inside the unit. You can bring up to 2 bikes inside the unit for added safety. Our parking lot is spacious, so feel free to park up to 2 cars in front of the unit.

Whether you`re strolling to local cafes, exploring art exhibits, or biking the nearby trails, this apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort and accessibility for your Bentonville adventure.

This apartment is part of a fourplex complex, which has a private parking lot; there is space for 2 cars. Enjoy parking at the doorstep of the property and walk or bike to the trails, museums, and the Bentonville Square.

Welcome to our place! Checking in and out is a breeze. Simply grab the key from the lockbox upon arrival and return it there when you leave. The lockbox code will be sent to you via the Airbnb app—it`s as easy as that! Safe travels, and enjoy your stay

Cleaning Policy for Long-Term Stays (Over 3 Weeks)

Dear Guest,
I`m so glad you`re staying long term! I’ll do my best to ensure you feel comfortable and at home during your stay.
For stays longer than three weeks, we kindly ask for a $95 long-term cleaning fee, paid in advance. This amount goes directly to our dedicated Cleaning Crew after your checkout.

🌟 Good news: If the unit is left in normal cleaning condition, the full fee will be refunded within 3 days of your departure.

What do we mean by normal cleaning conditions? It refers to a condition where the unit requires no more than 3 hours of standard cleaning. Any time beyond that incurs additional hourly charges from the crew, which is why this policy is in place.

We’ll request this fee after your booking is confirmed. That said, we trust you’ll treat the space with care—as if it were your own—and we’re so grateful for that!

Just a quick note: while you’re out of the house, we kindly ask that the dogs be crated for their safety and to help keep the space in great shape. This helps ensure everything stays just as lovely for future guests (and makes things smoother for you, too!).
