Step into our bright and airy home away from home located just a brief pedal away from the Coler MTB Preserve South Gateway entrance. Upon entering, you'll immediately be captivated by the soaring ceilings and large, 8-top dining table. Walk a little further to relax in our open concept living room, complete with original artwork, an abundance of natural light, large sectional, 65-inch Sony Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a sideboard full of fun board games (more than pictured) for all ages. With granite countertops, brand new appliances, and all the essentials needed to create your favorite meals, you’ll easily be able to entertain your crew in our fully equipped kitchen. We find the kitchen nook, with bench seating and two additional chairs, to be an ideal spot for a morning coffee before setting out on the day’s adventures.
In our finished garage, adorned with local trail maps, you'll find another seating area with a mini fridge. Challenge friends to a game on our commercial grade air hockey table or a round of golf on our Golden Tee arcade game while listening to tunes on a provided Bluetooth speaker. A work bench chock-full of bike tools, a pump, and Park Tools repair stand is at your disposal to ensure that your bike is in tip-top shape. Out front, you'll have access to our private bike wash station to clean your ride and gear.
Choose from one of our 4 charming bedrooms:
(1) Our large, private primary bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, closet, 55-inch Sony Smart TV, desk area (with a provided computer screen), and an en suite bathroom. From here, you'll also have direct access to the backyard.
(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a dresser, two closets, a 40-inch Samsung Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom.
(3) Our third bedroom has two Twin XL beds, a closet with cubbies, and a nearby bathroom.
(4) Our fourth bedroom also has two Twin XL beds, a closet with cubbies, and a nearby bathroom.
At the end of an adventure-packed day, you can look forward to unwinding in our outdoor living space with a fully fenced-in yard, comfortable seating, a cornhole set and a gas grill.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

Property was exactly as described, very nice and very clean. Communications with the owner were clear and easy. I would definitely stay at Coler Express again, great experience.
This was one of the best stays we’ve had- beautiful house, convenient location, very well stocked kitchen, and the games and bike stand/repair tools were great!
Super nice place. Clean and open. We were in town for a race and it was super convenient to bike to downtown and parks. Used Uber to and from the airport, otherwise biked everywhere.
It was our first time to Bentonville and this place was amazing. The location was perfect for us to get to the trails and downtown. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The communication was quick and clear. Once we got to the house, we were amazed at the detail and effort put into informing you about the house and suggestions for the area - impressive! We had a great trip and will definitely be back!

This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. The cleanliness was top notch, it was very updated, nothing out of place, everything worked perfectly. It was super easy to communicate with property management, Cohova. In the future we will always try to book a Cohova property in this area. Great location near Coler. Rode our bikes there many times.
The check in process qas super easy. Communication with the host superb, via text. Instructions for the property organized and clear. We chose this place because it was close to Coler, but it was super easy to get to Slaughter Pen. Back 40 and Blowing Springs was just a shoet drive away. Would definitely reccomend and return. We stayed in this beautiful home for 2 nights in June of 2024. The host kept us informed and responded very quickly with any questions. The house is very clean, great neighborhood and had everything we could possibly need.
We would definitely stay here again when we are in Bentonville.
The house was just as advertised, well, maybe better. We were there to ride and Coler is just down the street. The garage is where we spent our time off the bike, and it served us well. You're minutes from downtown and the neighborhood is quiet.
The property was in a great location less than a half mile from Coler. Easy riding distance to all other trails and Greenways. You will not be disappointed. The house is very clean and comes with all the upscaled amenities and details. We would stay here again on a future trip and highly reccomend this property.
This property was amazing! The house was spectacular, the location was so convenient to so many local things. Check in was super easy, spotless when we arrived, and all the little touches that were there to make our stay pleasant were much appreciated. The bonus space of the garage with the video game, air hockey table and seating area along with all of the thoughtful "bike specific" items were much appreciated and well used (my 19yo ended up fixing 3 flat tires that happened on their rides and the stand provided was great for that!). It was so nice for the guys to give their bikes a quick rinse outside and then hang them on the dedicated rack provided. We will definitely seek this property out again the next time we visit and hope it is available to book so we can stay here again! Very well done!!!
