Welcome to Little Red Roof- our 2 bed/1.5 bath house that'll sleep 4 guests. Inside, the living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a meal or just a great cup of coffee. Also, downstairs you will find an additional room with a desk and chair to catch up on some work if needed.

Spend time outside in the private, fully fenced in backyard with cozy seating.

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our two bedrooms upstairs:
(1) Queen size bed, closet, and a nearby half bath.
(2) Two twin size beds, closet, and a nearby half bath.
*The full bathroom is downstairs by the kitchen.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Red Roof! The home is as described, and the location could not be better. We were in town for a concert at The Momentary, which was a 5-minute walk from the house. We also walked to the Saturday morning farmer’s market, Crystal Bridges, and several restaurants. In fact, we parked the car when we checked in, and we didn’t need the car again until we checked out…everything was walkable from the Little Red Roof. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

A little more rough around the edges than the photos portrayed. Clean with a comfortable bed. Small inside spaces with interesting layouts. Loud air conditioner. Could use some updating. Good location and neighborhood. Nice yard for pets. Great communication through Cohova.

The location is great and the place is cute. Had some nice amenities (work area, washer and dryer, back yard) and reasonably well equipped. The unit is kinda strangely laid out though with the shower bathroom off the kitchen on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the second floor. The aircon is really loud in the living room to the point that you turn it off -- but on the flip side it doesn't cool the second floor well -- so they have some fans up there. All of this is ok given the price -- and the place overall is "cute".
