If you used the grill or griddle, please clean it. The griddle should be wiped clean, and then wipe clean griddle with oil to prevent rusting.
Place regular trash in the black lidded blue can. Recyclables in the gray lidded trash can. Both are on the north side of the house. Only recycle items that are clean. Do not recycle glass.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The propriety is very welcoming, clean and everything worked! The Hosts Tom & Gina were easy to reach and provided clear easy to understand instructions. The location is perfect for a mountain biking trip; nearby downtown, trails and Walmart of course! We had a great stay at the Well Spoke Inn!

Perfect location for mountain biking. Plenty of storage and outlets for mountain bikes or E mountain bikes.Hot tub was wonderful after a full day of riding. Kitchen well stocked. Really appreciated having coffee and filters. Everything was fantastic.
Quick ride over to Coler after a long day in the car.
Color is an easy mile ride from the house all bike lanes.

The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly with any questions. The home was perfect for our needs, clean and a great location to explore Bentonville and beyond.I loved the ice maker, all the Keuring pods and the magnified mirror in the master baths! Was in town with a few friends for a wedding in Bentonville & this house was perfect for us all! Got to enjoy the hot tub and the ice machine was perfect, since there were 8 of us.

Amazing!

Two families stayed here-including 5 kids. This place was absolutely perfect for our littles and the adults! The house was stocked with all the things you would need which is always a big bonus. Really cannot say enough good things!!
