Please do not lock the door from the laundry room to the garage. Do lock the front door by pressing the lock symbol on the key pad. Lock only the deadbolt on the back patio door.
If you used the grill or griddle, please clean it. The griddle should be wiped clean, and then wipe clean griddle with oil to prevent rusting.
Place regular trash in the black lidded blue can. Recyclables in the gray lidded trash can. Both are on the north side of the house. Only recycle items that are clean. Do not recycle glass.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location with easy access to Coler. Kids loved both the house and the area. Everyone appreciated the hot tub after some long days playing. The garden is a lovely touch. Would be on the short list to stay again if we make it back to the area.

Great Birthday Trip

Came to Bentonville for my wife’s birthday and had a great time enjoying the area! This house was just perfect for a short getaway. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We rode the trails that are only a five minute warmup away. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. This was the best VRBO visit we’ve had.

Great cyclist house in Bentonville!

Wonderful house and property to stay at especially if you are coming to mountain bike. Nice hot tub, convenient garage, clean house, and easy access to Coler bike park. Short drive to downtown as well. Had an problem with the front door lock but the owner took care of it quickly so no issues there!

Perfect for our multigenerational family weekend!

We could not have asked for more with this stay! We truly felt as if we were guests in someone’s home, not just staying somewhere new for a few nights. The home was impeccably clean, fully stocked with everything you could ever want or imagine (bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, games, outdoor, etc.), and had creature comforts for everyone on our trip, grandkids to grandparents and everyone in between! The hosts were super communicators, always quick to respond to any questions and sent great detailed instructions on entry and how to use everything. The Well Spoke Inn was our happy place during a long, hectic, storm filled weekend, and I’d be happy to return!

Two families stayed here-including 5 kids. This place was absolutely perfect for our littles and the adults! The house was stocked with all the things you would need which is always a big bonus. Really cannot say enough good things!!

Awesome birthday trip

Gina and Tom were amazing! Great help and recommendations for things to do and suggestions for how to get around. We didn't need a car, just biked everywhere, and everyone LOVED the Blackstone grill. (I think two of the guys bought one when they got home.) We were there for a 40th birthday trip that we wanted to be both fun and relaxing with not too much fuss. Gina and Tom's house was perfect, and we'll be recommending it to all of our friends in the future.
