This house is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need including a great location to walk to restaurants or Farmer’s Market on the square. This is definitely one of the top VRBO’s we’ve stayed in and would highly recommend!

Outstanding Property

This is a terrific property in a great location. Beds, bedding, furnishings, bathrooms, appliances and kitchen were all top notch. Our host was also excellent with check-in and ongoing communication when we needed it.It rained buckets during our entire stay, so we weren't able to take advantage of the very nice outside areas. We would definitely like to return and further explore Bentonville when the weather is nicer. In spite of the rain we had a nice stay

Beautiful Home

This home met and exceeded all expectations! The host thought of every detail. It was truly a well appointed home not just a house to stay in. We were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Restaurant recs were detailed-both close by and as far away as Eureka Springs. I would have given many more than 5 s if that had been an option!!!

Wonderful weekend!!

Casa Kincannon is in a quiet neighborhood and still within walking distance of the Square. The house was comfortable, bright and well stocked, and our group of four friends enjoyed it tremendously. We hope to stay again. Highly recommended.

Great location and even better house

This is hands down the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. The location is great not only to Downtown, but you can bike to Crystal Bridges and coler mountain bike preserve. The owner was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. The property itself was so clean and well stocked. Super easy check in and check out process. I would give our stay more stars if I could!

Exceptional home

We were very pleased with everything the house had to offer. It was clean, comfortable, and the amenities outstanding. We had very comfortable beds and baths. Terrific house and manager

Loved our stay. Could not beat the location for the wedding events we had all weekend. Debbie was wonderful to work with and so gracious. Will definitely rent again anytime we have something in downtown Bentonville. Great house - very roomy and there were nice touches like charging cords, bathroom items, and a very well stocked kitchen. Would totally recommend this rental!

Exceptional house in great location!

We have stayed in this house twice now and loved it both times! It is loaded with style! Tons of plants and decorative accessories. Comfortable beds and furniture and a bounty of supplies. We have had extended family for a graduation and sadly, a funeral The open floorplan is perfect for family gathering. The proximity to downtown Bentonville is superb and allows easy walks into town. Great house!

Best house in Bentonville!

My business visits always take me back to one of Debbie's homes. They are in a desirable location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. UARK Family Graduation weekend

The number of thoughtful amenities the host includes in this home is truly amazing. From a variety of kitchen appliances to multiple coffee makers, shopping bags, to-go cups, umbrellas, we were in awe over the items provided for guest use. If you forgot to pack something, you'll probably find it in one of the cabinets or drawers. Plenty of utensils and cookware for preparing meals plus enough seating to accomodate a large group. This home offers ample space for everyone to spread out. The location is an easy walk to downtown where we enjoyed Saturday's farmer's market, breakfast pastries, dinner, and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet - we even heard an owl in the evenings. It appears this area is booming with new development and if you admire diversity in home deisgn and architecture, walk the blocks surrounding this home. You're in for a treat.

Best Place We Have Ever Stayed: From a seasoned traveler

A beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked house in the perfect location in Bentonville. The generosity of spirit of the owners is apparent at every turn. Just think of the creature comforts you have at your own home (e.g., chargers, comfy pillows and blankets, makeup mirrors, porch seating, large ice cubes for cocktails, etc.) and you will find them in bountiful supply at this house. The beds are comfy; the bathrooms are great; kitchen has EVERYTHING; living room, dining room, are spacious. We will always stay here when coming to this area. The house is close to the quaint Bentonville Square (easy walk) and to Interstate 49 and all of the urban stores and malls. We have absolutely no complaints or suggestions for improvement. Stay here!

Extraordinary!

Three women friends and I recently stayed for four nights at the glorious Downtown Casa Kincannon. In short, this VRBO is exquisite! We arrived in the early evening and, the moment we walked in the door, we were captivated and embraced by the uniquely splendid artistry evident in every room. The lighting had been set to welcome us with a soft and soothing glow. We were awestruck. Although sophisticated and aesthetically inspiring, the décor is also completely comfortable and livable. All of our needs (and more) were beautifully anticipated and met. We each had our own distinctive bedroom which harmonized with our individual preferences. As for the location, not only is Casa Kincannon nestled in an ideal neighborhood with its lovely gardens and distinguished architecture, but also the house is within easy walking distance of restaurants, retail, cultural sites, and the festive Saturday farmer’s market. Debbie, the host, could not have been more responsive and gracious, offering to provide whatever guidance might be helpful to enhance our experience of the house and community. Thank you, Debbie, for treating your guests as you would wish to be treated and for exceeding our expectations. If returning to Bentonville, we would most certainly opt for Casa Kincannon again.

6 Star Lux....best in Bentonville

Stunning luxury home a few blocks from the town square. A++ location. Located on a quiet street in a neighborhood of stunning homes. Close to bike trails and restaurants. Luxury furnishings and professionally decorated...did you forget something??? well it is very likely that it will be available...I didn't even know "pillow mist" was a thing but it was on the nightstands and was amazing. Multiple outdoor areas where we were able to enjoy the fall weather....huge garage for storing bikes. A proper bike washing station would have be great but the hose in the yard worked fine....hoping I can rent this place again next year for Big Sugar.
