Great spot in a great location

Perfect sized house for a family of four, and a block away from downtown Bentonville. It's a short ride to the Slaughter Pen trail system, and has a garage for bike storage.

Great Place!

Great location within walking distance to downtown and a short ride to all of the trails. The rental was clean and in a great neighborhood. This has turned into my go to spot when I stay in Bentonville.

Pros: *Phenomenal location *Good size house (actually, the pictures in the listing are misleading because ours was a duplex. The single house is across the street.) *Nice to have garage for bikes *Nice to have washer/dryer Cons: *Grass needed mowed *Big wasp nest on front porch *Mattress in master felt worn *Fridge was dirty in some areas We booked for 2 nights and decided to just drive home instead of sleeping on the mattress again. It was a great spot for "home" while we hit the trails.

This is a very clean and comfortable rental property. It is close to Crystal Bridges and all of the downtown activities. We will definitely look at this property on our next trip to Bentonville.

Great Location!

Cool, updated house close to downtown! You can walk to the square and bike to the trails right out of the house! The house was clean and very spacious feeling for a two bedroom. Also has a garage for bike storage. Will stay here again!

We were in town for one night to ride some trails. The owner gave us some great advice on dining, which we took advantage of! The place is right next to downtown. It was amazing!

Epic location

Location is what made this place worth it. Very spartan furnishings and some were worn. Steps to everything in downtown bentonville though and that was what i realy wanted. Great spot for a solo MTBer or couple.

Better for adults

Overall the stay was good, host was nice, and responded quickly. Place was clean. Having acess to a garage was nice, location to trails is okay, but not ideal if you have younger kids, washer and dryer were wonderful to have. Space in living was limited for a family.

Good Location and Decent Property

Pros: -great location -good size, except for garage -communication from owner Cons -water filter in fridge needed to be changed which meant I needed to buy water bottles and ice from the store -half of the blinds for sliding door in kitchen were missing -wifi name in email from VRBO was different than one in online portal -picture showed that it was a standalone home but the unit I was in was a duplex.

Great Location - Wonderful Stay

First visit to beautiful Bentonville. Clean and spacious unit in walking distance to wonderful restaurants, bars and the square. Visited the huge Farmers Market on Saturday. Crystal Bridges would be fairly long walk. Recommend driving or taking the two bikes available in the garage. Opted to buy food at the Neighborhood Market and eat in one morning. Unit had all the necessities to accommodate us. There were no blinds or curtains on the patio window/sliding door in the dining/kitchen area which allowed people to look in from the street and the unit next to us. This felt uncomfortable. We were unable to utilize the advertised garage space as we were unable to open it. When we mentioned this to the owner, there wasn't a remedy provided so we parked in front of the unit. We had a great visit and were impressed how friendly the people were in the area.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time we’ve stayed here. The check-in and out process was simple and the place was clean. The location can’t be beat if you’re looking to ride bikes or walk to the square.

We enjoyed being able to walk to all things on the square and appreciated the host’s communication. Note: if you don’t care for scented soaps/cleaners, bring your own.
