Top Hotels Near Benton Lake National Wildlife Refuge in Great Falls from AU$108

"We needed a place to stop while travelling on our way to a wedding.We’ve never stayed at this hotel before but it had good reviews so we gave it a try. We didn’t get in till very close to 1 AM, got settled and were going to get into bed when I noticed a couple hairs on the bed. Not great but I was so tired so I picked them off then pulled down the covers only to notice a bunch more hair. Honestly over 10 hairs of all sorts on the bed that it looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed. Even though we were tired we could not sleep in that bed so we had to go ask the front desk to switch us, which they did. The front desk lady was apologetic and helpful. I went to check out the next room before moving and it to had a couple hairs on each bed as well but at this point we just needed to get some sleep. The toilet was also leaking and slightly brown. The next morning before taking a shower, I also noticed a couple hairs on the shower wall. I will say the breakfast was decent as other reviewers stated but the state of the rooms in terms of cleanliness was terrible. I should’ve thought to get a picture of the first bed but I didn’t think of it. The pictures are of the bed in the second room. "

"We love staying at the Staybridge, have been doing it for years. The only new hic-up this time was apparently the train runs through Great Falls now, and twice a night a train goes by, the trains are only a stones throw from the hotel. It is a little on the loud side, by no fault of the hotel at all. Otherwise, the staff went above and beyond for us, the breakfast is always amazing. And the hotel itself is great. "

"The rooms were clean. It was an old building so I guess that's why there was brown water coming out of the faucet at first until you let it run. The toilet seat had a crack in it but I didn't want to complain since we weren't going to be there long. Not bad I guess."

"Well doesnt help the wind was 50 m0h and windows shook. Thin ceiling you can hear everthing. Room was clean.. beds just okay. Get what you pay for..not sure the area is okay pics online look nice..and them whem you get there...questionable"
