- The Black Pearl receives its name from being located right on the Black River leading out to beautiful Lake Michigan along with the fun industrial and lake vibe. The Black Pearl is located within the Colonial Condominiums. The Colonial Condominiums were originally built in the early 1900's as a hotel. It offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern convenience in beautiful South Haven. Located within walking distance to the pristine beaches of Lake Michigan, the Colonial Condominiums are centrally located for easy access to local restaurants, shopping and outdoor recreation.
The Black Pearl includes:
-Flat screen tv
-Wireless Internet provided by the association
-Coin operated laundry in basement
-Nearby off-site parking for 3 vehicles
-Weekly rentals
The condo was remodeled and combines both unit 10 & 11. The entrance into the unit is through unit 10. The Black Pearl features:

-Communal large deck on the Black River and overlooking Lake Michigan
*all condos, buildings and decks are non-smoking
