New to the Market, this stunning condo overlooking the St. Joseph River, sits only a couple of blocks to downtown St. Joe and Award winning Silver Beach. Conveniently located next to 2 Restaurants (Clementines II and Tavern on the River both waterfront dining). Relax on the private balcony or head on up to the community rooftop deck for a game of bags and some barbeque.
The space has a bright and airy open design decked out with top of the line custom cabinets, new stylish lighting, furniture and every essential you would need to make your vacation spot feel like a home away from home.
Downtown St. Joseph has a wide array of restaurants, shopping, wineries and breweries. Boat rentals are available at pier 1000. The public Jack Nicklaus PGA golf course at Harbor Shores is less than a mile away.
The unit sleeps a max of 10 guests. There are two bedrooms (one is a larger master that has 2 queens and sleeps 4) the other has a queen and sleeps two. The living room has two sleeper sectionals that sleep sleep 2 each. (4 total in the living room) Laundry in unit. Shower and Tub, children's high chair/pack and play, beach chairs. Kitchen has all appliances including Keurig duo coffee maker, wide variety of dishware, glasses and utensils. Kitchen table seats 8 and bartop seats 6. Two large sectional sofas in the living room can accommodate 10. Grill on the private deck and rooftop deck. All towels and linens included.

Lovely stay in all ways

We enjoyed our long weekend at the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hosts were lovely- provided coffee and a bottle of bubbly for our arrival. Master bathroom is luxurious. Location was great; close to downtown and check in and check out were smooth. Thank you!

Great property

This was our first time in St Jo for a fast family vaca. The condo was great, very large, lots of seating for lounging and eating and also up to date esthetically. Location was good, wish it were a few blocks closer but honestly parking downtown and at the beach is very easy. The owners were nice enough to leave a binder with local restaurants and descriptions, they helped a lot. I would totally stay again!

Clean and Bright

Overall this condo was extremely clean! In my older age, I love a good clean stay without the worry of unexpected visitors. I rest assured knowing there would be none of them. Haha The sleeping arrangements worked out excellent for our family. Blackout curtains MUCH appreciated and work great! The dinning room chairs are in need of a good Allen wrench and some tightening. Luckily none in our party were too uncomfortable sitting in them. Washer and dryer are very handy to have. Thank you for those! The beach chairs were bag chairs and worked, but a little disappointing to find them vs a true beach chair. All appliances and amenities were great otherwise. Plenty of towels around. More kid friendly dishes would be great too. We got some paper plates to use instead. The rooftop was a bit disappointing too. Was hoping for a table and chairs to enjoy a dinner up there, but there isn’t anything up on the roof. (Bags to play are up there.) Overall, cleanliness always trumps all else, so 5 out of 5 from us!!! Thank you for a wonderful place for us to make memories!!

Perfect place for our family of 5. Very clean and well maintained with plenty of seating for relaxing after a trip to the beach. I loved looking out over the marina and it was easy to drive the short distance to park downtown. The owner also provides a folder with restaurant info and other ideas for enjoying St Joseph. I wish there were dressers to allow for unpacking and better organization but overall it was absolutely a lovely stay. We hope to be back!

Girls birthday trip

We had a great time and the place was perfect. We would have liked the light switches labeled and I don’t recommend driving a large vehicle if you need to park in the garage! We were late to dinner trying to get out. Overall, super cute place and plenty of room to hang out together!

Everything was great. Location, cleanliness, amenities. Top notch. We only had trouble with the freezer not making ice, the handle in the shower in the master suite was not working right. The beds were not very comfortable, 100 polyester sheets and a plastic cover over the mattresses which make sleeping warmer. Other than that, we had a great time in the area and enjoyed our stay at this property.

This VRBO was perfect for a girl's weekend to St. Joseph! It was spacious and clean. The couple things I could say were that the pull out couches were not very comfortable due to the thin mattresses, and the rooftop description was inaccurate. The roofing tiles are warping, there was no seating, there was no grill, and the bags set didn't have bean bags. Overall it was a great stay, but the tenants might want to put some pressure on the condo company to turn the rooftop into the amenity it is described as.

Great place to stay on our trip!

Just a short trip to the beach with the kids and this place was great for us! Big open living room with two couches, which was great, kitchen, and dining area. Very clean and very nice all around. Just down the road from the beach! Would stay again!
