Bent Wildlife Sanctuary Tours and Activities

The hotel had no record of my reservation date change. The manager said he only had one room available and could give me discount on the normal rate of $295. I was charged my full two-night total of $277 for ONE night in a supposedly “deluxe” room. All it had was a king bed, desk and chair. It had no fridge, microwave, or armchair. The next day, I saw on their website the same room for $129. I felt taken advantage of and have requested a partial refund through Hotels.com. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Great staff, location, etc. The breakfast was disappointing, the eggs were powdered making the texture very odd and they were tasteless. The oatmeal was runny and so unappetizing looking I couldn't even...The coffee was very weak like hot water. I appreciate the fact the breakfast is free of charge, but it wouldn't take much to improve it!
