"The location is magical;- serene mornings tucked away far from the rest of the world. The negative;- sketchy wi-fi or cell phone coverage. unless you sit outside on the deck; at night or in the rain. We were purchasing a house, so wi-fi and cell service were an issue.Amenities could be improved. Blow dryer sounded like it was going to blow up any minute. Air conditioner in the kitchen/ living area was not operational, leaving you with a wall unit in the bedroom to A/C the whole area. The kitchen was sparsely furnished and I could barely prepare a meal.But, the pool and surroundings were truly beautiful."

"While the home met all of our needs as far as space is concerned I feel inclined to share about our overall experience. The home is very large with an amazing layout. Our family of nine had no problem staying comfortably for the week. It is important to note that upon checking in we noticed that there weren't any directions left for checkout. There weren't any towels in the bathrooms, instead they were all in cabinets in the laundry room. We spent two hours finding remote controls that worked for each TV, and that included replacing batteries in some. There were multiple lights that did not work within the home. The lock on the back sliding door that led to the pool was broken off, which was not ideal for a family with little kids. The sinks in the primary bath did not drain. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. As far as the pool area is concerned, this is where we were left disappointed. It seems that the outdoor area isn't maintained at all. The pool had a large orange ring around the water line. Most of the deck furniture was broken or ripped. The grill wasn't functional. There weren't any tools to clean the pool, and instead all of the broken pool tools were left laying out on the yard. Our biggest disappointment was the pool heaters were not working- we did reach out to MNGT about this as it was chilly during our stay and they replied that they were waiting for a part to fix the heater. House has so much potential- pics are not accurate of outside."

"Everything was fantastic and there was even a welcome package tailored for our visit. We had a great time and our kids loved spending days at the pool. If we are ever in the area again we would absolutely return to this rental."

"Overall a decent rental. Would be significantly better with a few upgrades. The plates, cooking supplies, and linens all seemed very worn. The house was clean but the dated linens made it feel less clean. The living room could really using a table and it is tough to have a house that is setup for at least 4 people only have a way to seat 3 people to eat. The water pressure was also terrible, almost impossible to clean dishes. Overall the house was what we needed but we had a family members place we spent most of our time at. If we had spent more time here I think the worn state of the supplies would have bothered me more. The washer and dryer and screened porch were very nice touches. "
