"Personnels accueillants. Quand je demande 1 chambre au 1er,car mon mari a des problèmes pour monter les marches et que l'ascenseur est en panne, on me repond que l'hôtel est complet alors qu1 chambre au rez de chaussée a été proposé aux personnes arrivées apres nous, cela nest pas tres sympa. On pensait profiter de la piscine couverte malheureusement elle était en maintenance et nous l'avons appris par d'autres vacanciers, encore 1 fois pas très sympa.
Nous avons séjourné dans des hotels 2...
