"Was supposed to be a getaway for the kids . Booked a king suite with jacuzzi in the room . 1st issue no elevator in site , the whole hall where our room was located was under ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION. Meaning while we’re trying to relax we hear drills saws workers etc. than the room was clean but dusty ..."
