About this property

Nice home in Zelengrad

  • This functional vacation home with private pool is from 1951 and is located in the small village of Zelengrad, not far from Obrovac. It was partially renovated in 2019 and offers good conditions for a pleasant stay with a functional interior. The vacation home consists of three separate objects with a total living area of 139 m². On the ground floor of the first object is the kitchen with dining area and two WCs. On the upper floor are bedroom, bathroom, living room with dining area and kitchen. In the second and third object are each bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with dining area. The outdoor area is a private fenced plot and includes children's games and about 10 m from the house on which you will find a bocce court, badminton net and small soccer goals.
