MAGNIFICENT VILLA IN MODERN AND MINIMALIST STYLE, OFFERING ALL THE COMFORTS WITH PRIVATE POOL IN BENITACHELL (COSTA BLANCA). For a maximum of 8 guests.

LAYOUT: As soon as we enter the villa we find the hall that gives us access to a large and luminous space formed by the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. This open space allows us to see through the large windows a magnificent view of our surroundings. The open-plan kitchen has all the necessary elements and electrical appliances for the preparation of magnificent meals; the dining room is formed by a table and several chairs with direct access to the terrace; the living room is formed by a chaise longue sofa, a coffee table and a television, which will allow us to enjoy and disconnect during our holidays. From the hall we can access three bedrooms, all of them with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. There is also another bathroom with shower at our disposal. We have access to the lower floor by taking an external staircase on the left hand side of the property. Upon entering we have access to a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. The space is very luminous, quiet, and represents a haven of peace with a lot of privacy. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower and a fourth bedroom with a double bed. This flat allows the guests to have a private space and to meet and share moments together.

EXTERIOR: On entering the property there is parking space for one vehicle on the right hand side. The swimming pool is located on the main terrace, surrounded by sun loungers and overlooking the sea and our surroundings. In this same space we will also find an outdoor dining table where we can enjoy lunch and dinner during our holidays, as well as two chill out areas that will allow us to disconnect and relax while watching the sunset.

SITUATION: ARES is located in a residential area surrounded by modern villas where calm, privacy, relaxation and comfort come together to offer an unforgettable stay and experience. Just a few minutes from the beach as well as all the leisure services such as restaurants, supermarkets and water activities in the area.
