Pros: Fantastic villa in a very peaceful location but within just a few minutes of Benitachell and a few miles from beautiful beaches. Very clean, lovely pool and Eric is extremely helpful and friendly. The whole area is beautiful and we have booked to go back again - something that we don't normally do!

Pros: The house is lovely, well equipped, nice pool and sunbathing area, very private. The surrounding area is very rural, ideal for us but may not suit everyone. The only thing we would have like was a bar or restaurant within walking distance.

Pros: The property whilst not modern has all the facilities required with all local amenities and the coast a few kilometers away. It was very clean and exceptionally quiet and we would have no hesitation it recommending it. Eric the owner is very helpful and charming , although he does need to update the final directions to the villa.

Lovely villa, pool and views.

Pros: Everything was perfect - villa, pool, views and a great kitchen. Eric was very friendly and helpful. There are two coastal towns within 10 minutes with great beaches. Warwick & I had a lovely week and when the sun did appear it was perfect. Cons: We would definitely return but the weather wasn't good. 2.5 days of sun and a huge amount of rain !

Pros: We had a great 10days in Benitachell. The villa itself was lovely and clean and really relaxing pool area (great size for small villa) . Lovely views from the villa To enjoy while you bbq in the evening . We travelled in to Javea which has some lovely restaurants and bar only 15 mins drive. You would need a car in order to get around as nothing is walking distance but we was aware of this when booking . Lots of beaches to visit aswell spoilt for choice ! We needed to stay late on the day of check out and the owner Eric was very accommodating with our request ! Overall a wonderful stay and would happily return !

Pros: Normally we try to visit a different area of Spain each year but this year, for the first time ever, we returned to this villa having stayed there in 2015. That pretty much says it all... The villa is perfect, and so is the pool, garden and the location. If you are after a really relaxing time, somewhere that is quiet but close enough to all the local amenities and beaches, then this is for you. It's very peaceful and you aren't overlooked at all, but you're just a quick drive from the local town and supermarkets and 10 minutes from the nearest beaches. Eric is very friendly and helpful and always on the end of the phone if you need him. Get yourself a car and go explore... Valle Verde...see you next year

Pros: Der Pool war herrlich, wunderbar. Fast jeden Tag geschwommen in den 8 Wochen Aufenthalt! Leider, der Garten scheint ein wenig vernachlässigt aus. Die Einrichtung ist bequem und gemütlich. Kleines Haus, aber für zwei Personen genügend Platz. Ruhige Lage, auch wenn direkt an kleiner Strasse die auch zur Durchfahrt und von Spaziergängern, Jogger und Radfahrer benutzt wird.
