You can enjoy the shared covered and uncovered terraces, where you will admire a spectacular 180° view of the Mediterranean Sea and the island of Ibiza. The large shared infinity pools on two levels offer breathtaking sea views, creating unforgettable moments from sunrise to sunset on the horizon.

Located at the top of Cumbre del Sol in a quiet residential area, a vehicle is essential. Javea is 12 minutes away, Moraira 7 minutes, and many beaches and coves are accessible within 5 to 20 minutes. Supermarkets and local shops are less than 10 minutes away. This exclusive hillside location offers a preserved natural environment between the charming towns of Javea and Moraira. You can enjoy padel, tennis, hiking, water sports, golf, yoga, sea kayaking and snorkeling. To discover: the port and old town of Javea, Denia, Altea, Guadalest, the Granadella nature reserve and Montgo natural park. The hosts live 5 minutes from the accommodation.
