LAYOUT: This beautiful villa has one single floor. There are three lovely bedrooms, two with double beds and another with two single beds. All have a wardrobe, air conditioning and mosquito net. One of the bedrooms with double bed, has access to the outdoor terrace of the villa. The villa has two full bathrooms, one with an Italian shower and the other with a shower. There is also a large space composed of living room and kitchen. It is a bright and open room that gives access to the terrace through large glazed windows. There is a comfortable sofa, a nice dining room for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen.



EXTERIOR: The access to the plot is through an automatic sliding door that leads to the open parking where we can park a vehicle. We access the villa by steps. The plot has several levels where we will find all kinds of trees as well as flower boxes. The pool is in front of the villa, and it is surrounded by an outdoor terrace where the outdoor dining table and the sun loungers are situated. Outstanding is the automatic awning on the terrace, to protect us from the intense summer sun on the Costa Blanca.



LOCATION: It is situated in a quiet urbanization of Benissa Coast. In just 5 minutes by car you can visit the fabulous coves of the area, as well as wonderful beaches of fine sand like La Fustera. The well-known village of Moraira is nearby, where there are all kinds of services and delicious restaurants. The well-known Club Nautico Les Bassetes is only a few minutes away, where multiple water activities are offered.
