LARGE HOLIDAY VILLA IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL for up to 12 people.



LAY OUT. The villa of 220 m2 is on 2 independent floors. At the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and the third one with 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms en suite with shower, an ample living-dining room and a separated kitchen fully equipped. The main floor, swimming pool level, has 3 other bedrooms (1 with double bed and the 2 others with single beds), a bathroom with bath, a separated kitchen, a guest toilet and a cozy living-dining room and to spend nice moments. All the bedrooms and the two living rooms have air conditioning.



OUTDOOR: the villa is built on an open plot of 800m2. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers where you can sunbath, relax and have your meal at the barbecue area.



LOCATION: the villa is situated in quiet area close to all amenities. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants at 700m, the sand beach of La Fustera at 1km and 5 minutes by car from the town centre.
