Typical Spanish villa of 200M2 facing south on a plot of 1200 m2 in espalier beautifully planted with palm trees, cacti, yuccas, Olivier ... Sleeping capacity from 8 to 12 people.

We do not rent the villa in two parts.
Sea view from three bedrooms, dining room, living room and two terraces, fourth bedroom facing pool side.
New infinity pool, 5X10 sea view with new terrace, secure with submerged alarm in accordance with French standard NF P90-307-1, night color lighting, outdoor shower, deckchairs and modern garden furniture.

The Villa is in a good spot with super views and a lovely pool . The lady who met us was nice however it was not suitable for us as an extended family of 6 adults and 3 children as 2 of the rooms are completely separate from the rest of the Villa down a very steep set of stairs . We didn’t stay as we didn’t want to be away from our children or have them locked in in a different area at night. For adults it would be okay

Stunning outdoor spaces

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area. Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. But this is a really lovely home and the views make it worth it. A lot of reviews comment you need a car and that is advisable. It is a 20 minute walk downhill to an Italian restaurant that is open only evenings, and a 30 minute walk downhill to a beach bar (Olala). But this walk is a little precarious at night as there are no pavements for most of the walk and limited street lighting and then of course the walk uphill is strenuous. Having said that, it is not a busy road. The Moraira / Benissa Coast area is beautiful and there are more than enough wonderful places to eat and shop.

This is an great property in an amazing location. The pool is the best we've ever had with outstanding views.The house and outside area was very clean. However, the kitchen is very very small with no oven - just a combi microwave and there isn't a proper bbq at the property to cook outside. There are a lots of steps from the road to the property which may be a problem for those with mobility issues. Also to bear in mind is, two of the bedrooms are set on a lower level only accessible by outdoor stairs. We had older teenage girls with us, so they enjoyed this but for a young family, it may not be suitable.We loved the area. A car is an absolute must to get around as the villa is a 10 minute drive from Moraira. Calpe, a little further down the coast, is also worth a visit. Benidorm is 30 minute drive away.

UN RÊVE ÉVEILLÉ ❤️

Ma famille et moi avons eu la chance de louer la villa au mois d'août 2024 (séjour très récent). Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses dans la villa de Mr et Mme Coignard. En arrivant, voir cette villa cossue plantée sur les hauteurs de Benissa et qui en impose ça fait quelque chose. Ensuite l'extérieur et l'intérieur ont été bien pensés. Grande piscine à débordement ! Vue époustouflante, eau on ne peut plus propre. De nombreux transats, la piscine offre un bel éventail de couleurs la nuit. Plancha, douche extérieure. Très grande table à l'extérieur sous une jolie pergola éclairée la nuit pour les repas tous ensembles. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Il y a 3 salons. La nuit, quel émerveillement tout est allumé on voit bien le fameux pinon de Ifach. La villa est pleine de belles surprises. Une des chambres dispose de sa propre terrasse. 2 étages avec 4 chambres qui disposent chacune d'elles de leur salle de bain et de leurs toilettes respectives. Un autre toilette indépendant est dispo aussi. 3 salons, 2 escaliers de chaque côté permettent de rejoindre le 2nd étage de la villa. 1 buanderie vous permettra de faire vos lessives et il y a même des accessoires de plage et de piscine bien sûr !  (très pratique). L'endroit est très calme et reposant. Je vous conseille vivement cette villa. Nous reviendrons c'est certain. Madame Coignard est très réactive et d'une grande gentillesse. Je souhaite également

A wonderful place!

This property is fabulous! The views are stunning and the location is great for the beaches, Alicante and Valencia. The host was very responsive and receptive to requests. The house was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Imaginate si disfrutamos, que hemos repetido!!

Hemos vuelto por segunda vez. La casa es perfecta para la convivencia familiar, para salir es imprescindible el coche. Vacaciones familiares perfectas

La casa es estupenda, acogedora y con todo lo necesario. Las vistas al mar son increíbles, un lujo poder disfrutarlas. Y la piscina magnifica. Hemos disfrutado de unos días estupendos. Eramos dos familias, 11 personas en total, de 6 a 60 años y había sitio para todos y más. La casa está muy bien equipada, nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. Un detallazo dejar productos de limpieza y todas las cosas básicas para cocinar (sal, aceite, especias,...) toda la vajilla y el menaje de cocina de buena calidad y en buen estado. La casa es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Nos recibió Luz, encantadora, y siempre atenta a ayudarnos en las cosas que quisimos preguntarle esos días. Nos ha gustado mucho. Piscina fabulosa. Limpisima y con unas vistas increíbles. Lo mejor de la casa. Sillas, tumbonas y sombrillas (2) nuevas. Casa muy grande con muchas estancias con buenas vistas y bien equipada. Nosotros éramos 7 y había sitio de sobra para 3 ó 4 más... Por ponerle un pero los dichosos mosquitos pero es super recomendable para desconectar descansar...coche imprescindible supermercados a 5 minutos. Luz e Isabelle atentas y dispuestas. Gracias por todo.

Beau séjour, vue extra!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie villa. La vue sur Calpe et ses environs est conforme aux photos, vraiment magnifique. La maison est assez bien équipée, nous étions 12 personnes, 6 adultes et 6 enfants, c'est un peu juste selon nous avec les lits d'appoints, à noter qu'il est difficile de dormir dans le canapé lit qui se trouve dans le salon car il n'y a pas la climatisation (dommage, en plein mois d’août c'est tout de même utile) La piscine à débordement est vraiment top avec sa vue imprenable sur la méditerranée, on ne s'en lasse pas! Côté équipement, on peut regretter le manque d'un vrai four (c'est un combi micro ondes/four) et d'un barbecue (Plancha au gaz, ce qui était indiqué). Côté communication madame Coignard est disponible et réactive, merci à elle pour ce beau séjour! Nous recommandons vivement à la fois la villa et la région qui est superbe!

Una villa magnifica con unas vistas inmejorables

El alojamiento ha estado muy bien, eramos 11 personas y no hemos tenido ningún problema para dormir cómodamente. La piscina increíble, había leído algún comentario acerca de las sillas de la piscina, pero están todas nuevas. Está claro que las cosas se pueden estropear, pero Isabelle las cuida y las repone cuando se debe. Aunque el frigorífico de la cocina es pequeño, no hemos tenido problema ya que tiene otro en la parte de abajo.

Vistas impresionantes

Nos pareció una casa con unas vistas impresionantes. La calidad del mobiliario y espacio de la cocina no era de lo mejor. La barbacoa es pequeña; pero tienen una plancha mediana que funciona muy bien. ¡Hay un fuego para poder hacer también paella!! Las sillas exteriores, al ser de plástico, estaban deterioradas y daba la impresión de que podían romperse en cualquier momento. A nosotros no nos restó comodidad. Quiero decir, que hay cosas mejorables, (¿en que casa no? pero sin duda la casa merece un 5 de puntuación. Tiene varias terrazas, espacio de sobra. Para dormir, es mejor para 10 que para 12. Con 12 personas hay que usar los sofás del salón. La piscina es preciosa, Te secuestra y no sales de ahí. Las vistas sin duda de lo mejor que he visto. Gracias por alquilar vuestra casa. Nos permitió una estancia fabulosa. Hasta la próxima😊

Dieses Haus am Hang mit wunderbarer Fernsicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist ein "Muss" für jeden Spanien-Liebhaber. Der Pool ist der absolute Hammer. Obwohl das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, lässt es sich gut ausgestattet hervorragend mit allem was man braucht gut am Berg leben. Wir haben die Zeit im "Adlerhorst" sehr genossen und können das Objekt jederzeit für Leute die gut zu Fuss sind weiterempfehlen.

Nice house in Benissa

Nice, quiet and beautiful area. the house is advertised for 12 people and can definitely fit 12 people. though should it be more obvious in the ad that there are only 8 real beds and the rest is sofa and unfordable beds. The only problem we had was the wifi- according to the tenant we were to many (12) and therefore we used up the wifi amount. Would be nice if the announce the house for 12 that they take in account that 12 persons are using wifi it took 6 days until the "recharged" the wifi again -which lasted for 3 more days and then it didn't work again. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this house, and location. Be sure you have a car otherwise its very difficult to do anything. Thank you for our stay.
