Family Only Villa "Perla Del Mar" with Sea View, Private Pool & Private Terraces

Located in Benissa and very close to Calpe, the villa "Perla del Mar" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea as well as direct access to the beach. The 2-storey property consists of two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (with bathtubs and showers) and one ensuite jetted bathtub, as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 10 people. In addition, there is also a dedicated playroom for children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office workers, 3 TVs (1 Astra Satellite), heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms and both living rooms, fans throughout the house, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available and towels and linen changes can be requested for an additional fee. In addition, a table tennis table, a private gym and gym equipment are available for your use.

Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, a whirlpool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Wonderful house, perfectly situated

The house is beautiful and spaceous. It is perfectly situated by the beach and has a wonderful swimmingpool. The pingpongtable was frequently used by the teenagers, and so was the gym room. A high-end supermarket is a short walk away from the house, and there are also restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely come back!

3 generation family vacation

Just the perfect property for a big family. Very practical in all matters. Several different areas with shade, food possibilities. Can sit 10 people at all tables.Inside you can arrange quiet zones, kids zones, we loved the gym and ping pong / play room. There is a private walking path to the beach which takes 1-2 min to walk even with minors and seniors.Two restaurants (soon three) within 2 min walking distance.Fully equipped main kitchen and well equipped outdoor kitchen.All roms have their own separate toilet/shower. In addition there is 2 toilets and one shower washing machine all accessible from the pool area - VERY convenient when you have kids with wet pants and limited patience.Pool is bigger in real live than on pictures.We stayed 10 days, kids 0, 3, 5 yrs old and 2 teenagers 16, 18 plus 4 adults.We have rented summerhouses for 15 years now and this is by far the most practical house we've had. Yes we have rented more expensive and luxurious house (Spain, Greece, Croatia, Italy) but none have had this level of thought through practicalities.

Wonderful location & facilities for a three-generation family holiday

Pros: Great facilities, as expected from the good descriptions. Part renovations/ re-decorations prior to our arrival was a plus. We really appreciated the generous space, both indoors and outdoors, which allowed three couples and children to be both together and separate during the stay. Four couples would also be comfortable. Very nice pool area, well maintained with crystal clean water. Great location, next to the pleasant La Fustera beach - suitable for all, including small children. Pleasant walks along the seaside cliff paths. Good local supermarket. Great email communication with the host, who consistently responded quickly and positively to our queries. As first time visitors to La Perla del Mar, this alleviated any pre-visit concerns and kept us at ease and in holiday mode throughout the stay. Flexiblity to adjust check-in / check-out times to our flight schedules were most appreciated - really helpful when we scheule travel around small childrens naps and meals. Cons: Nothing to complain about. Only two sets of keys were manageable, with a bit of organizing between the three families.

Heerlijke plek aan de zee, compleet en echt genieten.

Pros: De locatie was fantastisch, alles in de buurt en een voortreffelijk uitzicht. Aan alles is gedacht! Cons: Lastig een taxi te krijgen. Hier zou wellicht in bemiddeld kunnen worden. Hier en daar kan wat onderhoud geen nu kwaad.
