Rustikal und Naturverbunden

Das Gebäude ist sehr rustikal und hat einen gewissen Charm. Die Umgebung ist für Naturfans ideal. Leider wird die Ruhe von Radfahrern und Jeep-Touren, die direkt am Haus vorbei fahren gestört. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit kontaktierbar.

De woning is precies zoals je mag verwachten. Afgelegen, maar heerlijk op zichzelf. Jorge is een enorm servicegerichte host die eventuele vragen en wensen direct opvolgt.

Navidad en familia

Hemos estado muy a gusto, el propietario muy atento. Es una casita ideal para pasar el verano. Pero, cuando llegamos vino estaba todo preparado, con estufa en la sala de estar y calefactores en todas las habitaciones. Disfrutamos de la tranquilidad del lugar, hicimos largos paseos. Disfrutamos mucho. Gràcies al Jorge i al Miguel, que va està molt atent.

Fin de semana en campo de Benissa

La casa está muy bien ubicada, a las afueras de Calp y cerca de servicios como supermercado o gasolinera. Nos alojamos en julio 2021, no pasamos calor, porque la casa está en zona algo alta y rodeada de monte. Tiene buena vista. Nada de ruidos, total intimidad y tranquilidad, desconexión total. Magnífico aroma a pinos y plantas, plena naturaleza. Algo negativo: uno declos colchones de una cama de matrimonio está para cambiar, ya que está deformado. También hay que poner mosquiteras a las ventanas. El resto muy bien. El dueño nos dió mucho margen de horas para desalojar la casa, cosa que agradecimos mucho. Fuimos muy felices allí. MPaz

La casita está ubicada en un sitio espectacular, en plena naturaleza y a 5 minutos en coche de supermercados y demás. Por dentro es muy bonita también. Espero que podamos repetir pronto, mis amigos y yo lo pasamos genial! Muchísimas gracias también a Jorge y Miguel, muy atentos ambos.

Entorno y casita encantador

Tiene cosas mejorables como la climatizacion, aislamiento, la ducha, la TV, el wifi... Confío en que los dueños busquen soluciones a largo plazo ya que estuvieron atentos y dialogantes durante la estancia.

Buena zona pero casa muy mejorable

Esta en muy buena zona para disfrutar de la naturaleza y muy cerca de todo lo necesario,pero la casa deja mucho que desear por el precio que estas pagando,para empezar la TV era la más pequeña que he visto nunca y encima no funciona,las sillas de la porchada de la casa parece que se hallan cogido de un contenedor de basura , llevan hasta trozos de cinta americana por los sitios rotos, muebles y puertas con medio siglo o más, y en el caso de la mesa es un poco incómodo para comer. La casa es muy fría y a pesar de que te dan unas cuantas estufas, solo dos funcionan, hay chimenea pero no te dejan usarla, al igual que tampoco tiene barbacoa, bueno t ofrecen una de gas x la que tienes que pagar 50€ de fianza. Miguel, el chico que te atiende, muy agradable y en un minuto lo tienes ahí para ayudarte en cualquier problema que surja. En fin, que con un poco de interés por parte del dueño en que sus huéspedes estén cómodos y en condiciones( ya que el precio no es barato) estaría muy bien.
